Hygiene Solutions and Services Ltd is a Corby-based business that provides cleaning and hygiene solutions.

When the company first approached Business Proactive, it wanted a campaign that could achieve two main aims:

  • Raise its profile and generate new business locally, something that had not been achieved before
  • Promote its janitorial supplies, which it wanted to develop

Then we conducted a warm-up call to ensure we had the correct decision-maker within the business. We also gathered relevant email addresses to send out information, which is crucial for future marketing.

 

Next, we developed a specifically designed HTML email that linked directly to Hygiene Solutions and Services Ltd’s website. This was sent out with an example price list.

 

One week later, we chased up the information with a follow-up telephone call. During this process we gleaned information, such as the company’s current suppliers and current spend. As a result of these follow-up calls, Business Proactive arranged 34 meetings for Hygiene Solutions and Services Ltd in just two months.
