Greens Restaurant owned by Eddie Jordon and based in Collintree Northampton opened for business in June 2005.

Christmas is always a busy time of year for the hospitality trade and being a new restaurant in town Greens was keen to promote themselves and put themselves on the map quickly.

 

Business Proactive were approached to target local business in northamptonshire to promote their Christmas party nights.

 

From a data list supplied by both Business Proactive and Greens, of 300 local businesses we identified during the warm up Process who would be in charge of organising the Christmas party. Information was then sent out via post and email to each contact this included a menu, booking form and covering letter.

 

Following the information sent out we called back every recipient to ensure they received it and to generate more interest in the restaurant. Following our campaign greens immediately noticed an increase of bookings for the Christmas period.

 

Following the success of 2005 Business Proactive was asked to repeat the campaign in 2006 to which again was another success.
